Today I’ll show you the survey report of most trusted mobile brand of India. As many peoples first check which is better brand, so in this post I’ll show you the report of Most Trusted Mobile Brand in India as of 2013? This survey was taken from start of the year 2013 and ends sometimes ago. After a big mobile war in brands the result came out and now you can see which the best choice of peoples from India is.
WHEN WAS THIS SURVEY TAKEN?
This survey was done from 1st January to 28th February 2013. The aim of this survey was to know the choice of India peoples.
HERE IS THE REPORT (Basic mobiles):
- Samsung: Samsung is now leading mobile brand in India. It was in 2nd position and Nokia was in 1st position from last 14 years but now after a big mistake by Nokia that is now in second position.
- NOKIA: As you read in 1st point that it was in first position but Nokia do a big mistake in their smartphone category and because of this peoples are thinking that they are no more trusted brand.
- Micromax: It was not expected that many peoples will choose Micromax too but its truth. Its main reason is HomeShop18 who are start selling Micromax mobiles and also it is cheap too.
These are the basic mobiles which are chosen by public and now here is the list of most trusted smartphone brands:
- Samsung: Yes, of course Samsung is now leading smartphone brand in the eyes of public because they are launching their Android smartphones.
- Sony: It is also most trusted brand and it is getting in the eyes of public because of their cool design.
- Blackberry: It is the brand from RIM (Now its Blackberry). It is chosen in the top list after its BB 10 smartphone.
- NOKIA: It was in much higher rank than other but when Nokia discontinued Symbian from their main smartphone and made Window Phone as their main smartphone brand peoples are now not trusting them because if they can do like this behavior with Symbian their own built mobile OS than why they can’t do this to Windows Phone too. Even it is the reason why it now not gets trust from basic mobile users too.
- Micromax: It is now in smartphone list too same as because of HS18. I can guarantee that Micromax will left Nokia in more lower position even I am thinking that will Nokia live next year?
When this survey was happening we have only heard the faults of Nokia and no other brands. For example:
- Nokia didn't take care of their customer because they don’t even warn us that they are discontinuing Symbian.
- Nokia has removed Symbian from their developer website when they have promised to support it till 2016.
- They have removed Nokia City Lens for Symbian, at least they may leave it and keep update it as gift to us.
- They are not taking care of their Nokia Belle Refresh series phones.
- They even don’t make any way which may help us to install any other OS like Android because bootloader is locked by them.
- When I ask anything about Symbian while contacting them (via mail) they respond too much later and also the reply didn't solve the query.
- They just now love their Lumia customers, no more Symbian.
- They are saying their Asha phones Smartphone which is just S40 series Java mobile.
- We don’t have any good Facebook app. (Even not in Asha, Symbian, or Windows Phone mobiles)
